The peculiar nature of contracting with government principally arises from the character of the public funds used to finance the same. Mindful of this, our returning partners, while still serving in government, were at the forefront of implementing procurement reform in government. They pioneered the development of procurement systems that are compliant with our country's new procurement laws.
