We extend relevant advice to clients on insolvency risks in structuring transactions and securitizations, and assist them in reviewing loan security or collateral, negotiating forbearance agreements and enforcing guarantees. We also assist clients in the planning, preparation and negotiation of informal and formal proposals, compromises or other arrangements.
