Professional Background

Mr. San Pedro is a Partner in the Litigation Department and Information & Communications Technology Department. He specializes in commercial & corporate litigation, corporate rehabilitation, and arbitration & alternative dispute resolution. He is a founding member of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. where he served on the Board of Trustees. He was also a Deputy General Counsel of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Mr. San Pedro earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1990 and placed 2nd in the Bar Examinations of the same year.
