Professional Background

Ms. Nakan graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2006 with a Citation as one of the Outstanding Law Interns from the UP Office of Legal Aid.

Ms. Nakan also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from the same university.

Ms. Nakan recently passed the 2007 Patent Agent Qualifying Examination administered on 17 July 2007 by the Intellectual Property Philippines, automatically entering her name in the Registry of Patent Agents of IP Philippines. She scored among the top 5 highest of her batch.

Ms. Nakan was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007 and joined our Firm in the same year.
