Professional Background

Mr. Lopez obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2006 where he graduated with honors and received the silver medal for best thesis. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University Loyola Schools in 2002.

Mr. Lopez was the team captain and best oralist of the Philippine Team to the 2005 Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, held in Washington, D.C., U.S.A. He was also the Prime Minister of the Saint Thomas More Debate Society in the Ateneo School of Law. Mr. Lopez was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007.
