Professional Background

Ms. Baltazar obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the same University, where she graduated cum laude in 2004.

She was a Councilor in the University Student Council in 2006-2007, and was among the first batch of outstanding law students to be awarded the CVC Law Scholarship Grant in 2006.

Ms. Baltazar joined our Firm in 2008 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009.
