Professional Background

Mr. Baclay obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University-School of Law in 2008 where he graduated with honors. He placed third in the 2008 Bar Examinations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines-Los Baños, where he graduated in 2003. He ranked sixth in the 2003 Licensure Exam for chemists.

Mr. Baclay was a member of the 2008 Philippine-Ateneo Team to the Jessup International Moot Court Competition and the 2006 International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Baclay joined our Firm in 2008 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009.
