The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued SEC Circular No. 9 which requires the use of a revised General Information Sheet (GIS) for non-stock corporations. The revised GIS form is available for downloading at the SEC website.

Filings not using the revised GIS form after SEC Circular No. 9 takes effect shall be considered as non-compliant with existing rules and regulations.

SEC Circular No. 9 takes effect on 25 July 2006.
